Any TLD or Ring not returned after 60
days will be assessed a $15 Non-Returned (Lost) Badge fee.

If a lost badge is returned after 60
days, you will receive a $10 credit.

If a badge is returned and is damaged you
will be charged $15 per badge.

All listed rates are annual per badge
rates, and include one free control badge per account. If extra control badges
are required, all extra control badges in excess of one control badge will be
charged at the appropriate pricing tier. The new price tier is determined by
summing all personnel badges and all the extra control badges.

Emergency processing of badges is
available upon request. The associated costs are $25 for 48-72 hour processing,
and $100 for 24 hour processing. You must call us before sending the badges to
best determine your needs, and for the necessary instructions.

Listed rates include free shipping to
your facility using the United Sates Postal Service, or an express carrier
depending on your badge quantities. New Badges ordered with more than two
week's notice carry no additional charges.

Less than two week's notice, we unfortunately
must charge $25 for rush processing which includes free ground shipping.
